Based in Otepoti Dunedin, Steph is a registered therapeutic massage therapist, with 12 years experience. Sole trading under Restorative Bodyworks, Steph truly understands the limitations that pain and dis-ease can create.

Steph uses a variety of gentle non-invasive techniques to work with the innate healing systems in our bodies. Services offered include, Swedish and Remedial massage, fascia and musculoskeletal releases, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, Sports and Pregnancy massage. Each session is individualised to create optimal health outcomes for each client, by addressing specific needs and holding space for that person on the day.

As well as treating both acute and chronic pain, Steph comes from a holistic perspective and is also passionate about stress management and mental health. With the understanding that we are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beings. All techniques aim to work towards clients truly feeling their best, improve well-being and enhance quality of life. Hopefully getting you back out there to do the things you love.

Restorative Bodyworks is committed to sustainability, and minimising its environmental impact. All equipment has been purchased second hand or upcycled. All oil blends and products used are custom made and are ethically and organically sourced where possible.
